When you send an email with tracking enabled, we collect the following data only when the recipient opens the email:

• Timestamp - When the email was opened
• IP Address - The recipient's approximate location
• User Agent - Browser/device information of the recipient

📧 Data Stored Locally

The following data is stored locally in your browser (never sent to our servers):

• Email subject lines (for display in popup)
• Recipient email addresses (for display in popup)
• Sent timestamps

🗄️ Data Retention

• Server data (read events): Automatically deleted after 30 days
• Local data: Stored until you clear it via the "Clear All" button

🔒 Data Security

• All data transmission uses HTTPS encryption
• Server hosted on Vercel with enterprise-grade security
• Data stored in Upstash Redis with encryption at rest

🚫 What We Don't Do

• We do NOT sell your data to third parties
• We do NOT share data with advertisers
• We do NOT read your email content
• We do NOT track your browsing activity

👤 Your Rights

You can:

• Clear all local data anytime via the extension popup
• Uninstall the extension to stop all tracking
• Contact us to request deletion of server data
